International Terms and Conditions

Please note that with placing an order you agree to the following international terms and conditions.

With placing an order you confirm that you have reached the legal drinking age of your respective country and that it is legal for you to import absinthe for personal consumption.
1a-absinthe.com is not responsible for parcels stopped by custom. It is your responsibility to ensure that it is legal for you to import the ordered products. Shipments are generally not insured. Broken, lost or stolen items can not be refunded by 1a-absinth. Legal responsibilities as stated in German trading laws apply. No refunds will be granted for seized shipments due to custom or import irregulations. It is an advice to inform yourself about international shipping irregulation at your local custom office, as we reserve the right to change orders that break local laws.
Orders are fully trackable by 'Deutsche Post - DHL'  within Germany and with limited tracking abilities for international orders.
The stated shipping times are estimates based on details provided by Deutsche Post. No guarantees can be given. Accordingly no refunds can be given in case of late delivery.
If a paid article is not available at the time due to unforeseeable reasons (i.e. damage etc.) we will get in touch via e-mail a.s.a.p. to make an alternative offer.
If this is not notified within 7 days we will post one or more articles of comparable value.

Orders can be cancelled within seven days of issuing your order, or seven days from the receiving of the goods (longer deadline applies). Expenses caused by shipping in case of cancellation are to be paid by the customer. Refund payments will be altered accordingly.
