The Bohemian Absinthe culture is not without controversy, as Czech Absinthes have little in common with south-westerly wormwood distillates. In particular, the generally applied absence of anise leads to a completely different taste. Notorious are some very bitter macerates and souvenir spirits, which remind of mouthwash. Qualitative progress is primarily in the distillery Cami, but also the Bairnsfather Absinthes are delicious and certainly recommendable.
An unsweetened, natural distillate of 11 herbs. Stalks of three typical absinthe herbs have been left in the bottle and bleed away aromatic substances over time. Coloured under use of three colouring herbs, very nice louche.
This is one of the highest-proof Absinthe distillates in the world. Made from 6 herbs. Black color and reddish-black louche, no sugar added. As always, Cami stresses the maximum thujone content.

This is the first creation in the Toulouse-Lautrec series. The anise- and wormwood distillate has succeeded well, louche and colouring are still a little improvable.
At least 16 herbs, a powerful dose of wormwood and green anise make this Toulouse Lautrec the best one. A very well done authentic absinthe in French-Suisse style.
The second edition of Toulouse Lautrec is a little better balanced, the herbs are more intensively perceptable and the louche also performs very well now.
The colourig herbs have been left out in the making of Toulouse Lautrec La Bleue, what might be the reason for the smoother flavour. Otherwise the differences to the second edition are rather subtle.
