„Nemesinthe Absinthe is a link with history, a drink that conjures up the romance of the Belle Epoch, where the Green Fairy was a muse to painters and an inspiration to poets. Nemesinthe absinthe takes its inspiration from Nemesis, traditionally known to the ancient Greeks as the Goddess of Vengeance and Retribution. However Nemesis was also a distributor of fortune, whether good or bad, in due proportion to each according to their deserts.
Preparation
Nemesinthe absinthe can be enjoyed with or without sugar and can be used as the base of traditional absinthe cocktails. Pour 1 measure of Nemesinthe absinthe into a tall stemmed glass and slowly add three to four measures of chilled water. If desired the water can be poured over a sugar cube placed on a slotted absinthe spoon.
Ingredients
Alcohol, wormwood, green anise and aromatic plants“
