When one wants to take a break from the strong \'bitters\', you will find this absinthe light, refreshing, and sweet. My girlfriend loves this one. We gave one to a friend for Christmas...it was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Hey...all you other absinthe lovers; we know you\'re out there, don\'t be shy.
