Put one half of a sugar cube on the absinthe spoon that you place on the rim of the glass.
Carefully pour the cool water over it, drop by drop, so the sugar melts very slowly.
Dilute with water as you like it.
The sugar sets free the aromes of the absinthe, the dosage depends on your preferences.

Versez une dose d'apéritif dans un grand verre haut.
Deposez un demi-sucre sur la cuillère à absinthe en équilibre sur les rebords du verre.
Versez délicatement l'eau très fraîche, goutte à goutte, afin que le sucre fonde très lentement.
Puis complétez d'eau selon votre goût.
Le sucre exhalant les arômes d'absinthe, son dosage se fera selon le goût de chacun.
