„Absinthe 78 verte is a very powerful and yet gentle absinthe, which was distilled with 26 selected herbs. It contains anise, different wormwoods, hyssop, fennel, lemon balm, and some fresh herbs from own culturing. In the coloring process, we only use herbs.
Distilling absinthe has a long tradition in our family business. So some of our Eichelberger Absinthe recipe ideas are proven to go back to a distillery in Gdansk / Danzig in 1870.
We produce our absinthe traditionally in a careful aroma-saving distillation with pure alcohol and herbs. So we obtain our extremely mild aromatic well-rounded absinthe with distinct blurring and natural sweetness.
