„Absinth 70 classique ist ein sehr milder Absinthe mit intensiver Trübung. Er wird mit eigenem Weinbrand hergestellt und enthält traditionelle Kräuter wie Anis, Wermut und Fenchel. Im Färbeprozess verwenden wir ausschließlich Kräuter.
Absinthbrennen hat in unserem Familienbetrieb eine lange Tradition. So gehen einige Rezeptideen unserer Eichelberger Absinthe nachweislich auf eine Danziger Destille von 1870 zurück.
Wir stellen unseren Absinthe traditionell in sorgfältiger aromaschonender Destillation mit reinem Alkohol und Kräutern her. So gewinnen wir unsere extrem milden aromatische abgerundeten Absinthe mit ausgeprägter Trübung und natürlicher Süße.
