„Absinth 70 classique is a very mild Absinthe with intense louche. It is made with our own brandy and contains traditional herbs such as anise, wormwood and fennel. In the coloring process, we only use herbs.
Distilling absinthe has a long tradition in our family business. So some of our Eichelberger Absinthe recipe ideas are proven to go back to a distillery in Gdansk / Danzig in 1870.
We produce our absinthe traditionally in a careful aroma-saving distillation with pure alcohol and herbs. So we obtain our extremely mild aromatic well-rounded absinthe with distinct blurring and natural sweetness.
