„Absinthe 60 verte is our product with the bio-seal, an aromatic, pleasantly mild absinthe with excellent opacity. It is made with bio-alcohol and herbs from certified organic cultivation, as anise and wormwood. In the coloring process, we only use herbs.
Distilling absinthe has a long tradition in our family business. So some of our Eichelberger Absinthe recipe ideas are proven to go back to a distillery in Gdansk / Danzig in 1870.
We produce our absinthe traditionally in a careful aroma-saving distillation with pure alcohol and herbs. So we obtain our extremely mild aromatic well-rounded absinthe with distinct blurring and natural sweetness.
