„Absinthe 58 Blanche is a clear, uncolored absinthe with a pleasantly fruity aroma. Besides the absinthe typical wormwood and anise, it contains many of the typical herbs from our large herbs garden.
Distilling absinthe has a long tradition in our family business. So some of our Eichelberger Absinthe recipe ideas are proven to go back to a distillery in Gdansk / Danzig in 1870.
We produce our absinthe traditionally in a careful aroma-saving distillation with pure alcohol and herbs. So we obtain our extremely mild aromatic well-rounded absinthe with distinct blurring and natural sweetness.
