Evaluation:

Of all the absinthes that we\'ve tried from \'1a-absinthe.com\', this has to be our favorite. Bairnsfather Bitter appears to be the closest in taste to an original absinthe. (I have a friend here in California who makes his own absinthe; fresh artemesia absinthium, fennel, anise, etc.) Bairnsfather is very similar in quality. This is by far the closest runner-up (to my friend\'s absinthe) and it\'s the best that we\'ve purchased from this website.
